This year in the Full Moon carnival I found the most aristocratic package of signature moon cakes and I selected the package for mine, the luxurious package and the divine color is just unique and majestic of all.
A package straight come from a fairytale, according to the tradition moon cakes are wished for fortune and luck.
In the package it comes four different signature moon cake with different significant wishes and luck. Those are Imperial Ivory, signature yam, pure lotus and pandan lotus
“Imperial Ivory” , the cake of Fortune , Success and Glory ,strongly believed by the tradition , this moon cake comes in a creamy butter skin, with macadamia bits , dried longan, cooling melon paste filled inside .
Snow skin moon cake “Signature Yam” resembles peace, rejoice and reunion, it’s a cake with delicate icy skin filled with pure yam. This cake comes in very charming and impressive purple color with snowy skin.
“Pure Lotus” moon cake of passion and devotion, I like the artistic craft of this moon cake, a bird “Heron” hunting fish in the lotus pond, this cake comes with smooth lotus paste filled inside and with fresh lotus seed.
